The Muscle Mama Method - HOME Program

No gym? No problem, hot mama. This strength-based home training program is built to help you build muscle, sculpt curves, and boost energy using dumbbells, bands, and the space you’ve got.

You’ll follow a 4-day weekly split targeting:
• Shoulders, chest + triceps
• Glutes + hamstrings
• Back + biceps
• Quads + glutes
• Full body (optional Day 5)
• Core or cardio finishers to turn up the burn 🔥

Each workout is designed to help you progress week after week - not just maintain. We’re here for muscle, not “good enough.”
