Each month includes gym and home workouts with structured warm-ups, strength days, core work, and optional finishers - designed to help you build strength, stay consistent, and feel confident in your body. If postpartum, recommended 12+ weeks postpartum, or directed by your healthcare provider.

You’ll also receive a monthly meal plan and recipe bundle centered around a rotating theme each month (healthy gut, hormone health, high-protein, etc.) , featuring 20+ mama-friendly recipes and a 5-day sample meal plan to make nutrition easy, balanced, and realistic.

This program is for moms who want results without overwhelm - just intentional training and supportive nutrition that fits real life.
